概述
SY8641 integrates a high-efficiency synchronous boost converter, four single-pole double-throw (SPDT) switches. SY8641 operates over an input voltage range from 2V to 5V. The synchronous boost converter can boost a 3V coin battery up to 15V output voltage. The 4 SPDT switches are supplied by the boost output voltage and control the eyeglass to act as a LCD shutter. The boost converter has the true shutdown function to achieve extremely low shutdown current. It is available in a QFN3x3-16 package.
